CONSIDERING ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE O-23-07

AMENDING CHAPTER 21 “WATER AND SEWERS” 

OF THE CITY CODE

The Fremont City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on November 6, 2023, for the purpose of receiving citizen input with regards to proposed ordinance amendment to Chapter 21 “Water and Sewers.” Ordinance O-23-07 is proposed to increase the sanitary sewer rates for all customers for future payment of bond debt recently established to pay for an expansion of the wastewater lagoon facilities.  The proposed Amending Ordinance will be available for review online (www.fremontmi.gov) and staff is available Monday-Friday, from 8 AM -5 PM, or by phone (924-2101), if you would like to receive copy of the proposed ordinance in the mail or via email.
