Fremont Community Joint Zoning Ordinance Amendment

Amendments to the Fremont Community Joint Zoning Ordinance (original adoption date - January 7, 2013) as recommended by the Fremont Community Joint Planning Commission at their January 28, 2014 meeting are outlined below.

The Dayton Township Board approved the changes at their February 13, 2014 Board meeting. The Fremont City Council approved the changes at their February 17, 2014 meeting, and the Sheridan Charter Township Board approved the changes at their March 18, 2014 meeting.

The changes are effective as of April 12, 2014. Underscoring represents new language; crossouts represent language being deleted.
